Warranty Policy
We guarantee all CALRAD products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after a sale to your customer, We will replace or repair, at our option, any item which should prove to be defective during this period, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, alteration of circuits or wiring, or operation in excess of the rated tolerances. Warranty items must be returned to us freight prepaid. Incomplete items such as missing parts and no cartons, will be repaired and returned as received. You should accumulate your returns in order to minimize the high cost of freight
Order Information
Open Account:Our products are sold thru authorized distributors and OEM customers. For information on purchasing products from Calrad directly, please contact our new accounts department for the details on setting up a NET 30 account or by purchasing products using a company credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). To apply for a NET 30 account, request a credit application. You may mail or return your application by FAX at (323) 465-3504. Processing your credit application takes approximately 10-14 working days.
C. O. D.:
All new accounts are shipped the first order C.O.D., unless other terms ore approved prior to shipping. C.O.D. payment must be made with a business check or cash.Order Minimums:
We require a $50.00 minimum order.Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be added to all sales within California unless a Resale Certificate is on file with CALRAD.Back Orders:
Out-of-stock merchandise will be put on Backorder Backorders over $25.00 will be shipped automatically. All Backorders will be cancelled after 60 days, unless we are otherwise instructed.CALRAD Custom Orders:
If you don't see an item you need, just call our sales staff and inquire about our custom orders. Many items can be custom tailored by CALRAD to suit your specific requirements.Shipping
Orders received by 12:00 noon PST are generally shipped that day. All UPS Red Label, Blue Label, and 3rd Day take shipping priority. We will be glad to add additional items after you place your order, but this may delay shipping.Credits & Returns
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a CALRAD Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Number, call CALRAD during business hours.You may return current and non-discontinued items within 90 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and must be in resalable condition. A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from your credit.
All defective merchandise may be returned to CALRAD, but also requires a Return Authorization Number. All defective items will be repaired or replaced at CALRAD's discretion. If an item has been used for other than its designed purpose, you will be advised of any charges and it will be repaired and the repairs will be billed to the customer.
Warranty
We warranty all merchandise from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days. Any product that is misused or altered will be repaired or replaced at CALRAD's discretion. We require all warranty items to be returned freight pre-paid - no C.O.D.'s will be accepted .
